Job summary

Conduent in Hyderabad is seeking a Production Support Analyst to monitor production applications, manage incidents, and perform initial troubleshooting. You will coordinate with L2/L3 and other teams, ensuring timely response and escalation adhering to SLAs.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with ServiceNow, SQL, and batch monitoring tools. The position is on-site with a 24/7 rotational shift pattern; immediate joiners preferred.
