Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Create and update job descriptions and job postings on various platforms.

Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.

Maintain HR records and support administrative tasks as needed.

Conduct reference and background checks for shortlisted candidates.

Assist in employee engagement and HR policy implementation.

Ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience for all candidates.

Skills And Qualifications

Proven work experience as an HR Executive or HR Recruiter.

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRMS tools.
