Job summary

Hector And Streak Consulting seeks a BE Civil professional to lead end-to-end high-rise project delivery, including planning, site operations, and final handover. You will set master schedules, track look-ahead timelines, and implement mitigation for critical path delays.

The role requires luxury finish quality checks, procurement oversight, and coordination with international architects, MEP consultants, and HNI clients. Strong leadership of site teams is essential.

Qualifications

• BE Civil with end-to-end high-rise project experience.
• Preference for SOBO or Western Region projects.
• Strong leadership of site engineers, managers, and vendors.
• Ability to coordinate with international architects and MEP consultants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project execution including planning, engineering, site operations, and handover.
• Establish master baselines, review weekly look-ahead timelines, mitigate delays.
• Ensure luxury finish quality and adherence to specs.
• Vet procurement plans, review work orders, monitor BOQs to limit budget slippage.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including international architects and MEP consultants.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental updates, safety metrics and RERA.
• Lead, mentor, and build accountability for site engineers, managers, contractors, and vendors.

Role & responsibilities

End-to-End Project Execution: Provide cross-functional oversight for planning, engineering, site operations, and final handover of high-rise premium projects

Master Scheduling & Tracking: Establish master construction baselines, evaluate weekly look-ahead timelines, and deploy mitigation measures against critical path delays.

Luxury Finish Quality Assurance: Implement strict quality checks for high-end interior and structural specs.

Commercial & Resource Management: Vet procurement plans, review work orders, analyze subcontractor rate variations, and monitor site Bill of Quantities (BOQs) to limit budget slippages.

Stakeholder Coordination: Bridge alignments between internal design/construction cells and external stakeholders, including international architects, structural specialists, MEP consultants, and High-Net-Worth (HNI) client representatives.

Statutory Compliance & Safety: Ensure seamless on-site alignment with local municipal high-rise building codes, environmental updates, structural safety metrics, and RERA compliance.

Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and build accountability structures for site engineers, project

managers, contractors, and specialized vendors.

Preferred candidate profile : BE Civil candidate with end to end high raised project completion in SOBO or Western Region.
