Job summary

CRC Homes Private Limited, located in Greater Noida, is seeking an experienced project manager for high-rise residential projects. The ideal candidate will lead project lifecycle from planning to handover, oversee site execution, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

With over 18 years of experience, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering is mandatory, and PMP certification is an advantage. The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18+ years of experience in high-rise residential construction projects.
• Proven experience in handling end-to-end execution of large-scale residential developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead complete project lifecycle from planning to handover of high-rise residential towers.
• Oversee site execution including civil, structural, finishing, MEP, facade, and external development works.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules using MSP / Primavera and ensure milestone achievement.
• Control project cost, budgeting, cash flow planning, and vendor billing certification.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure quality control systems and adherence to approved drawings & specifications.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory regulations, RERA norms, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Drive safety culture and ensure zero major incidents on site.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead complete project lifecycle from planning, design coordination, execution to handover of high-rise residential towers.
2. Oversee site execution including civil, structural, finishing, MEP, faade, and external development works.
3. Prepare and monitor project schedules using MSP / Primavera and ensure milestone achievement.
4. Control project cost, budgeting, cash flow planning, and vendor billing certification.
5. Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and contractors.
6. Ensure quality control systems and adherence to approved drawings & specifications.
7. Ensure compliance with local statutory regulations, RERA norms, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
8. Lead procurement strategy, contractor finalization, and rate negotiations.
9. Review risk assessment and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays.
10. Provide regular MIS reports to senior management and stakeholders.
11. Manage large teams including Project Managers, Engineers, QA/QC, Safety, and Planning teams.
12. Drive safety culture and ensure zero major incidents on site.
