Job description
Lead end-to-end execution of commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
Review and validate drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contracts issued by consultants and contractors
Develop detailed project schedules (bar charts), resource plans, and construction phasing in coordination with management
Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, and other consultants for timely design inputs and issue resolution
Monitor on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising design intent or project quality
Track project progress against the master construction plan and provide regular updates to senior management
Conduct site inspections and review contractor performance, productivity, and safety practices
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, local authority approvals, and safety standards
Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve issues
Lead vendor and contractor negotiations, including finalization of work orders and contracts
Ensure proper documentation of site changes, variation orders, and as-built drawings
Prepare periodic MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
Drive quality assurance and ensure timely project handover to clients
