Responsibilities

• Work closely with consultants and architects to ensure timely receipt of drawings & BOQs; highlight concerns and provide inputs on feasibility/practicality of construction.
• Lead the development of an overall project plan with timelines, resources and critical milestones.
• Lead all project review meetings with the team, consultants and contractors; ensure timely highlighting and resolution of design inadequacies, non-compliance to material indents and all other site related issues.
• Coordinate with various departments and sub-functions within Engineering to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist the QS Department in checking and certification of bills from consultants, vendors, contractors for projects.
• Work with QA & QC to conduct audits at the project site and drive compliance with ISO and safety standards.
• Build and maintain relations with contractors, consultants & vendors.
• Oversee handover of Projects to Marketing Dept post completion; ensure compliance with laws and timely handover of documents.
• Guide & mentor the team for higher productivity.
• Maintain up-to-date MIS on project progress and report to management.

Drive end-to-end project execution for large scale projects to ensure timely completion of the same, adhering to defined standards of cost and quality. Drive operational efficiency and cost savings through continuous process improvements and value engineering initiatives.

Role & responsibilities

• Work closely with the consultants and architects to ensure timely receipt of drawings & BOQs Highlight concerns / issues and provide inputs on the feasibility / practicality of construction.

• Guide & Mentor the team for higher productvity.
• Maintain up to date MIS on the progress of the project and submit the same to management.
