Brief Work Profile;
- Interaction with Client to understand requirements and achieving to their required targets
- Manage the team of Project Managers, site engineers, vendors and all other personnel by effective planning, directing, controlling and motivating as needed to ensure timely completions of each project.
- Sourcing Vendor suitable for Site requirement
- Coordinating between various agencies working at site, architect and consultants.
- Validating Quotes, bids and tenders from vendors and finalizing them in consultation with Directors.
- Liaison with different Government Authorities
- Coordinate with Clients and different sites to run the projects smoothly.
- Monitor/ Analyse estimated quantities, cost of materials, equipment and labour to determine the project feasibility and timelines.
- Handling Quality Control, Safety, Project management, site work management, Vendor management and Inventory management as needed.
- Preparing monthly, weekly and daily status report and progress sheet and submitted to the Directors.
- Follow up, expediting, troubleshooting

The General Manager – Civil Construction Projects is responsible for end-to-end execution and delivery of large-scale construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality, and safety standards. The role involves strategic leadership, stakeholder management, and oversight of multiple projects or large project portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead and oversee execution of multiple civil construction projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure, or industrial).
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
- Drive project strategy, execution plans, and resource allocation.
2. Planning & Monitoring
- Review and approve project schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
- Monitor progress through MIS, dashboards, and site reviews.
- Ensure effective implementation of planning tools (Primavera/MS Project).
3. Financial & Cost Control
- Manage project budgets, cash flow, and cost optimization.
- Track cost vs budget and ensure profitability.
- Approve major procurements and subcontractor payments.
4. Contract & Commercial Management
- Oversee contract administration, including:
- Tendering and subcontractor finalization
- Claims, variations, and change orders
- Risk management and dispute resolution
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
5. Team Leadership & Resource Management
- Lead cross-functional teams including:
- Project Managers
- Planning, Billing, QS, and Site Teams
- Drive performance, productivity, and accountability across teams.
- Mentor and develop leadership pipeline.
6. Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary interface with:
- Clients
- Consultants
- Government authorities
- Ensure strong client relationships and high satisfaction levels.
7. Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to:

- Promote a strong safety culture across all project sites.
