Job summary

Htl Aircon in Mumbai, India, is seeking an experienced payroll specialist to manage monthly end-to-end payroll processing and related HR operations. You will handle attendance, leaves, overtime, salary inputs, deductions, and reimbursements, ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS), prepare payroll reports and MIS, and address employee payroll queries with high accuracy and confidentiality.

• Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing and HR Operations.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS/Payroll software (Keka, HRone, Spine).
• Proficient in MS Excel and payroll calculations.
• Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
