The ideal candidate has 4-6 years in hospitality, is male, and possesses HM training with strong F&B and P&L knowledge; candidate will oversee roasters and MIS reporting to optimize unit

Aufgaben

• Handling operations on day to day basis.
• Key management includes Opening & Closing of shift (in-presence).
• Cash Management: issuing of daily floats, handling cinema imprest, shift banking, shortage control.
• Conducts daily briefing & Sets up targets/goals for the shift, strives to achieve them.
• Check for staff grooming/discipline.
• Preparing of Weekly roaster for ESPs.
• Introduce new ways to minimize transaction time at box office & concessions.
• Oversees cinema services from box-office to concessions and cleaning, ensuring high standards.
• Preparing MIS reports.
