Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in hospitality operations.
• Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Duty Manager, or Operations Supervisor preferred.
• Strong team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good guest-handling and complaint-resolution abilities.
• Knowledge of operational procedures, hygiene standards, and service quality.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning during the assigned shift.
