TP in Kolkata (Salt Lake Sector 5) is hiring a Customer Support Associate. The role requires fluency in two languages (Hindi plus English or Bengali) and strong communication abilities. Graduates are preferred, but undergraduates may apply.

Rotational shifts cover 9 hours daily with both female and male staffing requirements. Compensation varies by language pair: Hindi/Bengali CTC 13.4K with take-home 11K; English/Hindi or English/Bengali CTC 15K with take-home 12.3K.
