iMarque Solutions (P) Ltd in Kolkata invites applications for Tele Sales Executive (Hindi Voice Process). Fluency in Hindi (and Bengali) is required. Open to freshers and experienced candidates, with day shifts and rotational shifts. Immediate joiners preferred; work from office in Kolkata.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Hindi and comfortable with Bengali
• WFO Kolkata with day shifts (rotational)
• Freshers and Experienced both eligible; CT based on experience

Responsabilités

• Make inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries and complaints
• Provide accurate product and service information using the right tools
• Deliver end-to-end support and excellent customer handling
