TP in Kolkata invites freshers to join as Inbound Customer Care Executives for the Domestic voice process. You will handle customer queries via inbound calls, provide product and service information, and strive to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Location: Kolkata, Salt Lake sector V. Freshers and experienced candidates with Odia/Hindi/English language skills are welcome; aadhaar linked with contact number is preferred. Bilingual profiles and strong communication are valued.

About the Role:

We are seeking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Inbound Customer Care Executives. As an Inbound Customer Care Executives, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via Inbound calls and handle customer query.

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Providing product/service information to customers.
• Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification required is 12th pass.
• Skill Proficiency in Odia- Hindi/English language.
• Fresher and experienced both can apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in Odia-English-Hindi.
• Looking for Bilingual profiles.
• Excellent translation skill required.
• No leave requirement for upcoming 90 days.
• Looking for Immediate joiners only.
• Aadhaar should be linked with the candidates contact number.

Shifts:

• Rotational shift, rotational WO.
• No night shift for female staff, which includes Any 9 hours during 7 AM to 8 PM working window for female.
• Rotational shifts and Rotational 1 W/O including Night shifts for male staffs.

Compensation:
