Qualifications

• Experience in construction industry HR management is required.
• Post Graduate Engineer with 12–15 years of experience.
• Willingness to work anywhere in the mentioned locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage site manpower planning, recruitment, deployment, and attendance.
• Handle joining, documentation, payroll inputs, leaves, and exit formalities.
• Manage contract labour and subcontractor workforce.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Handle employee grievances, discipline, and industrial relations.
• Manage site administration, accommodation, transport, canteen, housekeeping, and security.
• Coordinate employee welfare and site HR activities.
• Maintain HR records, registers, and monthly MIS reports.
• Coordinate with Project Head, HSE, Finance, contractors, and Corporate HR.
• Support induction, training, and performance management.
