Job summary

Soigne Engineering Consultants in India is seeking an HR & Operations professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, campus hiring, and trainee onboarding for site and office teams.

The role covers employee lifecycle, payroll inputs, policy implementation, travel logistics for site staff, and ensuring compliance and smooth operations. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in HR & Operations.
• Experience in site/project-based organizations preferred.
• Strong coordination, policy implementation & team management skills.
• Experience in handling Site Team.
• Civil Engineering Consultancy/Construction background preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment including campus hiring & trainees (Skill India, ITIs, etc.).
• Manage employee lifecycle, attendance, payroll inputs, and documentation.
• Develop and implement HR policies (leave, attendance, travel, reimbursement, site working).
• Handle travel, accommodation & logistics for site staff.
• Review and control reimbursements & expenses.
• Ensure compliance, discipline, and smooth site and office operations.
• Manage performance evaluation, appraisals & records.
• Address employee grievances and engagement.
