Job summary

SIRA Consulting Inc. in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced US Engineering Recruiter to join our recruitment team onsite in Hitech City. The role focuses on full lifecycle recruitment for US engineering positions, sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other portals.

You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and work closely with Account Managers to understand client hiring priorities, while delivering high quality submissions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of US engineering recruitment experience.
• Familiarity with US work visa categories (H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC).
• Experience with US job portals and vendor management.

We are seeking passionate recruiters with strong experience in sourcing and hiring engineering professionals for US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US engineering positions.
• Source, identify, and screen candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and other sourcing platforms.
• Recruit for engineering roles across Mechanical, Electrical, Embedded, Software, Automotive, Semiconductor, and related domains.
• Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and technical skill sets.
• Conduct initial candidate screening, assess technical experience, and evaluate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage submissions.
• Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand hiring priorities.
• Maintain candidate databases, ATS records, and recruitment trackers.
• Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining quality submissions.

Required Skills:

• 4–8 years of experience in US Engineering Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of US recruitment processes and hiring practices.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and US job portals.
• Knowledge of US work visa categories (H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC, etc.).
• Familiarity with W2, C2C, 1099, tax terms, and employment types.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
