Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment of Life Insurance Advisors (Agents)
• Training, mentoring and motivating agents for business generation
• Ensuring agents actively promote and sell Life Insurance policies
• Driving sales targets through agency team
• Monitoring team performance and providing regular field support
• Building long-term professional relationships with agents

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduation mandatory
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 year experience in Sales (Compulsory)
• Strong communication & leadership skills
• Self-driven and target-oriented personality

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed CTC (On-roll position)
• Attractive Incentives + Commission (3% to 35%)
