Job summary

The role requires deep sourcing and screening expertise, knowledge of US visa classifications, and excellent communication for candidate assessments. Night shift is involved and permanent employment is offered.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of core sourcing, screening and candidate evaluation experience in UK IT Recruitment.
• Prior experience screening candidates in Semiconductor / Hardware / VLSI domains.
• Expertise in conducting initial technical/domain screening calls and evaluating profiles against complex job specifics.
• Strong understanding of US employment types, visa classifications, and domain-specific terminology.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to deliver a high-quality candidate assessment experience.
