Job summary

Randstad is seeking a detail-oriented Specialist to manage end-to-end inbound screening and requisition flow for the UK region. You will review incoming applications, conduct phone screens, build qualified shortlists, and drive the candidate experience through to the offer stage.

You will own requisitions and candidate pipelines, monitor flow and aging, and provide market insights to Talent Advisors and Hiring Managers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting/screening experience in the UK market.
• Hands-on ATS management experience (LinkedIn/Indeed)
• Experience in Semiconductor, Microelectronics, or Hardware sectors (advantage)

Responsibilities

• Screen inbound applications, conduct phone screens, and submit qualified shortlists within 5 days.
• Own requisitions and candidate pipelines through to offer.
• Monitor applicant flow and manage requisition aging with TA support.
• Deliver high-touch candidate experience and cultivate silver medalists.
• Provide market and candidate intelligence to TAs and Hiring Managers.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Specialist to manage end-to-end inbound screening and requisition flow for the UK region. You will review incoming applications, conduct phone screens, build qualified shortlists, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience through to the offer stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Screening & Pipeline: Review inbound applications (internal, external, referrals) in the ATS, conduct phone screens, and submit qualified shortlists to Talent Advisors within 5 days of posting.
• Requisition Ownership: Maintain full ownership of assigned requisitions and candidate pipelines up to the offer stage (no proactive outbound sourcing required).

Flow & Aging

• Management: Monitor applicant flow; partner with the Sourcing Manager if volume drops and actively manage requisition aging.
• Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-touch candidate experience and capture "silver medalists" for future opportunities.
• Insights: Provide market and candidate intelligence to TAs and Hiring Managers as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of recruiting/screening experience in the Uk market.

ATS

• Expertise: Hands-on experience with ATS management (LI,Indeed) Added
• Advantage: Experience in the Semiconductor, Microelectronics, or Hardware sectors.
