Job summary

Master Mind Consultancy in Mumbai (Ghatkopar) is seeking a self-driven Specialist Sourcer of Tech Talent with domain focus in Semiconductor, Emerging Tech, BFSI, Fintech or Tech Product. This sourcing role builds qualified pipelines and works closely with recruiters and hiring managers.

You will proactively source candidates, screen for technical fit and domain relevance, map talent, maintain data in the ATS, and meet sourcing SLAs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of tech sourcing experience with domain focus in Semiconductor, Emerging Tech, BFSI, Fintech or Tech Product.
• Proficient in Boolean/X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter and niche talent communities.
• Strong screening ability to assess technical and domain fit.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet SLAs/KPIs independently.
• Experience using ATS and sourcing tools to maintain candidate data.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source active and passive candidates for niche tech roles using LinkedIn, Boolean/X-ray search, niche boards and referrals.
• Screen candidates for technical fit, domain experience and role alignment before handoff.
• Build and maintain a ready talent pipeline for recurring or hard-to-fill requisitions.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategy.
• Own sourcing SLAs/KPIs – submission TAT, pipeline volume, shortlist-to-interview ratio, quality.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and sourcing reports in ATS.
• Continuously map talent and track movement within specialized domains/companies.
• Work independently, manage multiple roles, and hit targets in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

We're looking for self-driven Talent Sourcing Specialist with domain expertise in one or more of: Semiconductor, Emerging Technologies, BFSI, Tech Product, Application Development or Fintech. This is a sourcing-and-screening-focused role (not full-cycle recruitment) — you'll build strong, qualified talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source active and passive candidates for specialized/niche tech roles using LinkedIn, Boolean/X-ray search, niche job boards, communities, and referrals
• Screen candidates for technical fit, relevant domain experience, and role alignment before handing off to recruiters/HMs
• Build and maintain a strong, ready talent pipeline for recurring or hard-to-fill requisitions
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategy
• Own sourcing SLAs/KPIs — submission TAT, pipeline volume, shortlist-to-interview ratio, sourcing quality, etc.

Must-Haves

• 2–6 years of tech sourcing experience (adjust as needed), with strong specialization in Semiconductor / Emerging Tech / BFSI / Fintech / Tech Product hiring
• Excellent sourcing skills — Boolean search, X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, niche talent communities
• Strong screening ability to assess technical and domain fit
• Track record of hitting sourcing SLAs/KPIs independently
• Ability to manage volume and prioritize across multiple requisitions

Good to Have

• Experience with talent mapping/market intelligence for niche domains
• Familiarity with ATS/sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, hireEZ, Naukri, etc.)
• Understanding of technical/functional nuances within the specialization area
