Job summary

Aditya Birla Group's Cement division seeks an Officer to drive retailer networks and field sales in the assigned territory.

You will visit counters, organize live demos, arrange samples, and coordinate with contractors and masons to generate secondary sales.

The role emphasizes follow-up with stockists and retailers to ensure smooth supply chain management and sustained market presence. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Serve at least 2 Stockist by assigning 20-30 retailers each.
• Appointment of RETAILERS in assigned territory.
• Scanning of retail market by visiting each & every counters in the City
• Generate Secondary Sales through retailers.
• Identifying Scope by visiting raw sites (KOTHI / HOUSE & IHB).
• Collaboration with Contractors & Masons
• Generating sales from the sites of retailers.
• Arranging Samples and live demo at sites.
• Organising IN-shop meet & promotional activity
• Communicating Schemes to Contractors & Masons
• Proper follow-up with Stockist & Retailers for smooth Supply chain
