Job summary

Aditya Birla Group's Cement division is seeking an Officer to grow our retail network in Mumbai. You will drive secondary sales by engaging stockists and retailers, appoint new retailers in the territory, and coordinate promotions and samples at project sites.

You will visit counters, communicate schemes to contractors and masons, arrange live demos, and ensure follow-up to maintain a smooth supply chain.

Qualifications

• Prior field sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the city.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage at least 2 stockists, assigning 20–30 retailers each.
• Appoint retailers in the designated territory.
• Visit counters and generate secondary sales through retailers.
• Identify opportunities by visiting raw sites (kothi/house & IHB).
• Collaborate with contractors and masons; arrange samples and live demos.
• Organise in-shop meets and promotional activities; communicate schemes.

• Scanning of retail market by visiting each & every counters in the City
• Generate Secondary Sales through retailers.
• Identifying Scope by visiting raw sites (KOTHI / HOUSE & IHB).
• Collaboration with Contractors & Masons
• Generating sales from the sites of retailers.
• Arranging Samples and live demo at sites.
