Job Description:

Purpose

The Apprentice – General Surgical Sales role focuses on driving account-level sales (70%) and supporting regional execution priorities (30%), while building strong sales and business fundamentals.

Major Responsibilities

• 1. Sales Ownership (70%)
  • - Manage ~20–25 Check-In accounts
  • - Drive sales, relationships, conversions
  • - Execute calls, demos, OT support
  • - CRM discipline and compliance
• 2. Regional Priorities (30%)
  • - Support RBM priorities
  • - Data analytics and insights
  • 1) Inventory Management & check on regular checks of stocks across branches
  • 2) Lead Generation with in his 25-30 Acc , RCS execution & Adv the phaco execution
  • 3) Minutes of the Meeting of the QBR- Follow up & closure around it
• 3. Sales Process & Compliance
  • - CRM/Salesforce reporting
  • - SOP adherence
  • - RCPA and analytics
• 4. Learning & Development
  • - Product and clinical knowledge
  • - Sales capability building
