Job summary

Dalmia in India is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to support Trade Sales from Patna region, focusing on dealer and contractor engagement and field service at construction sites.

You will help achieve sales targets by providing techno-commercial sales support, resolving technical queries, and coordinating with distributors. BE/BTech or Diploma with relevant experience is preferred; freshers are not considered. On-roll roles in cement/building materials sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in techno-commercial sales with field visits.
• Must have knowledge of distributors and dealers networks.
• Hands-on experience with customer complaints and technical queries.

Responsibilities

• Regular visits to dealers and sub-dealers to drive sales.
• Enrolment of masons and contractors.
• Site visits to convert sites for dealer and sub-dealer.
• Address product quality complaints and resolutions.
• Provide services to construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

Support achievement of sales target & take measures to increase market share through:

• Regular visit to dealers and sub dealers
• Enrolment of mason and contractors
• Conversion of sites for dealer and sub dealer wise
• Attending product quality complaints and resolution
• Services to construction sites

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Familiar with CRM / Sales management applications like Dealer App / ASO App, SAP etc.
• Understanding of Distribution Networks: Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and distributor relationships.
• Financial Acumen: Ability to understand pricing strategies, cost structures, and how to create profitable deals.

Experience required for the role

• If BE / BTech – Min 1 + Years of Experience
• If Dip Min 3 + Years of Experience
• No Freshers

• Had worked in similar Role- Ideally On Roll from Cement, Building Material, Construction Chemical etc
• If -Off Roll (From Cement Organisation) – Subject to ZTH clearance.
• Refrain from Construction site

Additional Skill / Knowledge - Required

• Orientation towards techno commercial sales
• Knowledge & Skill to Influence,Influencers like Contractors, Engineers, Masons etc
• Hands on Experience in handling Customer complaints & Technical queries
