Job summary

Queens Travelexp, based in Rajkot, seeks a Travel Executive for a full-time, on-site role. You will manage flight and hotel bookings, transfers, activities, travel insurance, and customized itineraries to meet client needs.

Ideal candidates have knowledge of travel arrangements, strong communication and customer service skills, and familiarity with GDS or online booking platforms. Diploma/degree in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of domestic & international travel arrangements.
• Strong communication, travel consulting and customer service skills.
• Good itinerary planning and package customization abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with GDS/online booking platforms is an advantage.
• Travel agency/tourism experience preferred.
• Diploma/degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage flight and hotel bookings, transfers, activities and travel insurance.

• Coordinate with suppliers and manage reservations and documentation.
