Job summary

Bigship is seeking a Travel & Tourism professional to assist in planning and booking domestic and international itineraries. You will handle flight, hotel, and transfer bookings through online portals or GDS, and follow up with clients for documents, preferences, and approvals.

The role involves coordinating with vendors, hotels, and ground operators for smooth travel execution, managing visa documentation, and responding to client inquiries by phone, email, or chat.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel agency, OTA, airline, or hospitality company.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
• GDS platforms knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with popular domestic and international leisure destinations.
• IATA / TAAI certification is an added advantage (not mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Support the senior travel team in preparing quotes and cost sheets


• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client profiles in the system

• Basic knowledge of GDS platforms (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo) is a plus


• Familiarity with popular domestic & international leisure destinations

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
