Role Description

The Travel Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. The Travel Consultant will assist clients with end-to-end travel planning, including understanding their requirements, suggesting suitable itineraries, and providing guidance on destinations, transportation, and accommodation options. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing travel arrangements, coordinating ticketing and hotel bookings, handling visa-related documentation, and ensuring seamless reservations across services. The role also involves delivering responsive customer service, resolving travel-related issues, maintaining accurate records in reservation systems, and collaborating with internal teams to meet corporate and individual client needs efficiently.
