• Special skillset for Disruption Management, Group Management, Revenue Integrity, Revenue Management.
• Have knowledge in Amadeus GDS, DCS
• Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, validates data and provide quality service
• Deliver World Class Service to all customers
• Adaptable to change and ability to work under pressure and high degree of accuracy
