Job summary

TeamLease is seeking a Billing & Settlements Analyst to manage airline billing, settlements, and refunds using Amadeus Galileo GDS. You will ensure timely invoicing, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with airlines and travel agencies.

A 1–3 year track record in airline billing, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication are required; you will drive process improvements and support internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a billing/settlements role with Amadeus Galileo GDS experience.
• Knowledge of airline ticketing, fare rules and revenue recognition basics.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams, airlines, and travel agencies to resolve billing discrepancies and queries.

Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, airline policies, and regulatory changes.

Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, with knowledge of Amadeus Galileo GDS.
• Strong understanding of billing and settlement processes, airline ticketing, and fare rules.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
