Job summary

Travelxploria in Kolkata, West Bengal, invites energetic Travel Consultants to join its Sales & Operations team in an office-based role. Responsibilities

• Generate new business through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Successful business conversion on monthly basis
• Handle new and existing clients by offering tailored travel solutions
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right travel packages
• Create simple and customized domestic & international itineraries
• Manage bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and transfers
• Provide information on destinations, visas, and travel requirements
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners for smooth operations
• Support customers throughout the journey — from inquiry to post-trip
• Promote travel packages, upgrades, and add-ons
• Handle changes, cancellations, and travel-related issues
