Job summary

Anveta Manpower Solutions invites an experienced Transition Manager – Infrastructure to lead the transfer of IT infrastructure services into steady-state operations. You will drive end-to-end transition plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure readiness before go-live.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT Infrastructure transition and transformation projects.
• Develop and execute transition plans, timelines, milestones, and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure, Network, Server, Cloud, Database, Security, Service Desk, Application, and other technical teams.
• Manage transition from project teams, incumbent vendors, or existing service providers to the operations/support team.
• Ensure operational readiness before go-live, including documentation, processes, monitoring, tools, access, and support models.
• Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions and ensure effective handover to BAU/operations teams.
• Identify transition risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular transition status reports to senior management.
• Establish and track KPIs, SLAs, milestones, and transition deliverables.
• Ensure all infrastructure documentation, SOPs, architecture diagrams, asset details, and support procedures are complete and updated.
• Coordinate UAT, operational acceptance, readiness assessments, and go-live activities.
• Plan and manage cutover, hypercare, stabilization, and post-transition support.
• Work closely with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure contractual and operational requirements are met.
• Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, security policies, audit requirements, and organizational standards.
• Conduct post-transition reviews and document lessons learned.

Role Overview
