Job summary

Careernet in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Transition Manager to lead multi-vendor transition programs, drive governance, and ensure smooth handovers from project to steady-state operations.

You will coordinate knowledge transfer, readiness checks, cutover activities, and risk management across large-scale transitions, partnering with business stakeholders and delivery teams to maintain project timelines and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in transition management, PMO, or vendor governance.
• Strong experience in vendor management, transition governance, and structured service handovers.
• Experience driving large-scale transitions with budget, timelines, and operational continuity.

Responsibilities
