Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an experienced Project & Program Manager in Lucknow to lead large-scale IT Infrastructure Transition, Transformation, Migration, and Workplace Services programs. You will own end-to-end delivery across cloud, data center, EUC, asset lifecycle, and service transformation initiatives.

The role requires managing timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder reporting while ensuring governance and documentation standards across formats and teams.

Qualifications

• 5-15 years of program/project management experience in IT infrastructure environments.
• Experience leading large infrastructure transition, transformation, migration programs including cloud and data center moves.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, budgets, and governance.
• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall/ITIL delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program lifecycle from planning to closure.
• Drive infrastructure transition, cloud and data center migrations.
• Coordinate IT, infrastructure, operations, and vendor teams; manage risks and budgets.
• Produce MIS reports, dashboards, and governance updates for stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to delivery frameworks and governance.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale Infrastructure Transition, Transformation, Migration, and Workplace Services Programs. The role requires end-to-end ownership of strategic initiatives across IT Infrastructure, Cloud Migration, Data Center Migration, End User Computing (EUC), Asset Lifecycle Management, and Service Transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project/program lifecycle from planning to closure
• Support delivery of IT transition initiatives including cloud and data center migration
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, infrastructure, operations, vendor)
• Track project timelines, milestones, and dependencies
• Manage risks, issues, and mitigation plan
• Drive regular reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder update
• Monitor budgets and support financial tracking (P&L, cost control)
• Ensure alignment with delivery frameworks (Agile/Waterfall/ITIL)
• Maintain project documentation and governance standard

Transition & Transformation Delivery

Lead and deliver Infrastructure Transition and Transformation programs across enterprise environments.

Drive strategic initiatives including:

• Infrastructure Modernization
• Cloud Migration
• Data Center Migration
• Workplace Services Transformation
• Service Desk Transformation
• End User Computing (EUC) Transformation

Manage transition activities including knowledge transfer, service readiness, operational acceptance, cutover planning, and stabilization.

Program Governance & Reporting

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and governance frameworks.
• Maintain and manage RAID Logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) and proactively drive mitigation actions.
• Prepare and present MIS reports, project dashboards, executive summaries, KPI reports, and governance updates.
• Track project health, resource utilization, budget performance, and delivery metrics.
• Conduct steering committee reviews, governance meetings, and stakeholder forums.

• Asset lifecycle or asset tracking program
• Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS/ GCP)
• Vendor and service delivery environment

Qualifications

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications (good to have)
