Job summary

Indihire Consultants is seeking an experienced PMO/Programme Coordinator to lead and coordinate PMO activities, transitions, and governance across multiple workstreams in Bengaluru. You will maintain RAID logs, produce leadership reports, and manage knowledge transfer between teams.

Ideal candidates have 10–16 years of experience in PMO/transition roles, with a degree in business/finance and PMO certifications preferred. Strong MS Office and project management tool proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 10–16 years of experience in PMO, Transition Management, Business Operations, or Programme Coordination.
• Prior experience in large-scale transitions, shared services setup, or capability centre establishment is highly desirable.
• Bachelors degree in Business Management, Finance, or related discipline.
• Certification in PMO/Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Programme/PMO management, tracking milestones, deliverables, dependencies and risks.
• Maintain RAID logs, dashboards and leadership reporting.
• Coordinate multiple functions and workstreams.
• Financial governance: track actual spend vs. budget and prepare financial reporting.
• Transition & KT management: coordinate knowledge transfer and readiness.
• Stakeholder management: serve as central coordination point, escalate issues.
• Events & implementation: coordinate leadership visits, induction, engagement and launch activities.

• Track handovers, documentation and readiness.
• Work across sending and receiving teams.
• Stakeholder management
• Serve as the central coordination point.
• Escalate issues and drive mitigation.
• Prepare meeting packs, updates and executive summaries.
• Events & implementation
• Coordinate leadership visits, induction, engagement and launch activities.
• Manage vendors, logistics and timelines.

Preferred candidate profile
