Job summary

Pearce Services Global (PSG) seeks a Manager to lead the transition of operational processes in line with business priorities, ensuring structured execution, readiness, and stabilization. You will bridge stakeholders, operations teams, and support functions to achieve alignment and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include building transition plans, documenting processes, transferring knowledge, and tracking progress through dashboards and governance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree; PM certification preferred.
• 8–12 years in operations, transitions, or PM roles.
• Strong understanding of service delivery models and process workflows.
• Experience in knowledge transfer and readiness planning.
• Excellent communication with global/external clients.

Job description

The Manager will be responsible for leading the transition of operational processes in alignment with business priorities, while ensuring structured execution, operational readiness, and smooth stabilization. The individual will act as a key liaison between stakeholders, operations teams, and support functions, ensuring strong alignment, timely execution, and effective risk management. The role will also support process heat mapping and transition prioritization based on business value, complexity, operational impact, scalability, and automation potential, while providing leadership visibility through dashboards, reports, and governance reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of operational processes in alignment with business priorities.
• Build and manage transition plans, trackers, cadences, and readiness frameworks.
• Drive knowledge transfer, process documentation, and operational handover to ensure smooth transition and stabilization.
• Act as a key liaison between stakeholders, operations teams, and support functions to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Support the creation of process heat maps to assess processes based on business value, complexity, operational impact, scalability, and automation potential.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor s Degree/ Master s Degree. Certification in Project Management preferred.
• Significant experience (8-12 Yrs.) in operations, transitions, or project/program management roles.
• Strong understanding of operational service delivery models and process workflows.
• Proven experience managing process transitions, knowledge transfer, readiness planning.
• Good communication Skills with Global exposure working with international clients.
• Comfortable working in Rotational Shifts as per US working Hours.
