Job summary

Sdna Global is seeking a senior Transition Manager to lead large-scale IT transition programs. You will develop transition plans, assess risk, allocate resources, and coordinate with client teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of transition management experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a proven track record delivering complex IT transitions in global environments.

• 5+ years of professional experience in transition management, with a proven track record of IT transitions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed transition plans, including risk assessments, resource allocation, communication strategies, and milestone tracking.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all transition activities are completed on schedule and in alignment with client requirements.
• Conduct due diligence to assess current state processes and identify areas for improvement during the transition phase.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and process documentation to ensure operational continuity.
• Monitor and report on transition progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues or bottlenecks.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations throughout the transition lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with contractual commitments, regulatory standards, and quality benchmarks during the transition process.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients.
