Job summary

Persistent Systems in Pune is seeking a Training Specialist to drive behavioural, communication and managerial skills programs. You will partner with business leaders to identify learning needs, design scalable solutions and measure impact to improve performance.

You will lead facilitation, develop content and digital learning solutions, and collaborate across functions to enable workforce capability. 5–10 years in soft skills training is preferred, with hands-on experience using Articulate 360

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in behavioral, communication, or soft skills training.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and learner engagement skills.
• Experience designing and delivering soft skills training programs.
