We're seeking a dynamic Training Specialist who will support the delivery and coordination of behavioural and soft skills learning initiatives across the organization. Think of yourself as an enabler of growth - someone who ensures training programs run smoothly, supports content development, and delivers engaging sessions that help employees build essential workplace capabilities.
This role focuses on coordinating logistics, supporting trainers, delivering pre-defined modules, and ensuring an excellent learner experience while tracking measurable outcomes.
Strong track record in program coordination, content customization, and end-to-end training delivery.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum 3-8 years of experience designing and delivering behaviorual/soft skills/managerial development/voice and accent programs.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with participants at all levels of the organization.
Experience with various training modalities (classroom, virtual, blended learning)
Background in psychology, organizational behavior, HR, or related field preferred
Experience with using AI for L&D
