Job summary

Hexaware Technologies is seeking a dedicated corporate trainer to design and deliver behavioral training programs across levels. You will develop high-quality training content, modules, and materials aligned with business needs and the ADDIE model.

You will conduct corporate trainings and webinars, tailor programs with stakeholder input, and manage LMS content and training records with strong communication and facilitation skills.

• Conduct corporate training sessions and webinars effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
• Utilize modern tools to create engaging training content and presentations.
• Manage and update Learning Management System (LMS) content and training records.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Behavioral Training in a corporate environment.
• Strong background in Content Development (mandatory).
• Hands‑on experience in conducting corporate trainings and webinars.
• Working knowledge of LMS tools (mandatory).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Strong people management and stakeholder handling skills.
