Job summary

GP Strategies Corporation in Pune, India, invites a Learning Facilitator for a 12-month fixed-term role in a hybrid setup. You will coordinate induction sessions, drive regional upskilling programs, and partner with the Enterprise Learning Team to deploy programs aligned with L&D priorities.

You will design and deliver learning sessions (virtual and live) across India and other countries, and support diagnostics, curriculum design and program efficacy measurement to enhance employee competency.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Master's degree in any discipline with 10-12 years total work experience and 8-9 years in Learning and Development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interact with diverse audiences.
• Intermediate MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Requirements/Qualifications
