Persistent is seeking a Training Specialist in Pune to drive strategic learning programs across behavioral, communication, and managerial skills. You will partner with business leaders to identify needs, design scalable solutions, facilitate interventions, and measure effectiveness to drive business outcomes.

The role offers a full-time employment with a focus on leveraging AI-enabled tools, digital learning, and content development.

Competenze

• 5-10 years of experience in behavioral, communication, or soft skills training.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and learner engagement skills.
• Experience in instructional design, content development, and authoring tools like Articulate 360.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders and translate business needs into learning solutions.
• Experience measuring learning effectiveness and demonstrating business impact.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools and platforms.
• Certifications in psychometric assessments and experience with Assessment & Development Centres will be an added advantage.
