Job summary

Anglo-Eastern is seeking a proactive talent acquisition and training operations specialist in India to promote maritime careers and streamline LMS/CMS support. The role emphasizes outreach, coordination of cadet recruitment, and robust LMS/CMS assistance.

You will manage interviews, candidate documentation, and liaise with the Head-cadet recruitment to prepare merit lists, leveraging data and stakeholder engagement for effective hiring and learning programs.

Qualifications

• MBA (HR/ Marketing) and 5 years in recruitment and marketing.
• Working knowledge of the cadet selection and e-learning process.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute outreach programmes, career fairs, webinars, seminars, and awareness campaigns to promote maritime careers and strengthen the cadet talent pipeline.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with the prospective candidates
• Coordinate and follow up with shortlisted candidates for the timely submission of all documents required by AEMA for IMU verification
• To assist the Head-cadet recruitment in preparation of the merit list of the DNS batches.
• LMS (Application support): Respond to user queries related to LMS access, course enrolment, and certificate issues; review modules for accessibility and function; ensure certificate generation.
• CMS or Exam system (Application support): Respond to user queries related to CMS access and exam enrolment; validate CMS task workflows.

• Promote awareness of Merchant Navy career opportunities among school and college students, thereby strengthening the talent pipeline and supporting cadet recruitment for AEMA intakes.
• Provide operational and user support for CMS, LMS, DLMS, and Examination System applications to ensure efficient training administration and seamless learner engagement.

ROLES ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Competency Management System (LMS) / Exam system (Application support): Respond to user queries related to CMS access and exam enrolment (C/ N-test) and validate CMS task workflows.
