Job summary

Modi Mundipharma is seeking a dedicated trainer to develop and deliver product training to the sales team and other staff across India. The role includes field visits with managers for hands-on training and performance evaluation to ensure high knowledge levels.

The candidate should monitor competency scores, resolve product-related queries, and conduct state-wise sessions across states. Regular coaching calls and material improvements are expected, with travel as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Training: Develop and deliver detailed training modules on products to the sales team / other team members, ensuring deep product knowledge and understanding.
• Training on the Job Field visit with Managers for training and performance evaluation.
• Competency Assessment: Monitor and ensure sales employees meet the required knowledge and competency scores through assessments and evaluations.
• Query Resolution: Address and resolve sales employees' product-related queries to support their field operations.
• State-wise Training: Conduct physical training sessions across different states, ensuring consistent training delivery and engagement.
• Coaching Calls: Lead and manage regular coaching calls to provide continuous learning and support to the sales team.
• Training Program Management: Continuously improve training materials, methods, and delivery based on feedback and industry best practices.
• Performance Tracking: Track the impact of training programs on sales performance and report findings to management.
• Travel required to conduct state-wise training sessions.
