Job summary

Bharti AXA Life Insurance seeks a skilled trainer to conduct training programs for all skill levels, from basic sales to advanced techniques, in a captive call-center environment.

The role involves hands-on coaching, identifying training needs, delivering centralized and regional programs, maintaining dashboards, and ensuring executives gain product, policy, and process knowledge, with a readiness for field work.

Responsibilities

• Conducts training programs for all skill levels, including basic sales skills, as well as advanced Sales techniques, Point of Sales & Captive call-center environment.
• Provides on the job hand holding to help the sales executives overcome objections, and teach Consultative selling techniques.
• Should identify training needs and implement centrally/regionally driven comprehensive training program and R&R initiatives for the sales staff.
• Must be Ready for field-based Sales Training
• Must own and drive performance culture, also, provide regular performance feedback and red flag the low performers.
• Must be available as a resource for various sales team members, who may need help for additional training for some various projects.
• Should adhere to planned training calendar and maintain monthly dashboards & daily reports
• Oversee and improves on overall grooming and presentation of the sales personals.
• Must take ownership of (0-6) months executives in terms of Product, Policy & Process Knowledge
