Job summary

Tata AIG General Insurance Company is seeking a skilled professional to deliver structured onboarding programs for new sales joiners, including product knowledge, processes, and compliance. The role involves regular training on product features, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements to ensure readiness for field deployment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of sales training or BFSI capability development experience and will drive productivity through targeted interventions

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales training, capability development, or BFSI sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured onboarding programs for new sales joiners, covering product knowledge, processes, systems, compliance, and sales fundamentals.
• Conduct regular training on product features, underwriting guidelines, claims processes, system usage, digital tools, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive productivity through targeted interventions, refresher modules, sales capability programs, and performancebased training initiatives.
• Analyze KPIs, sales productivity data, branch performance, and assessment scores to identify capability gaps and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Implement zonal/regionspecific training plans, manage participant nominations, communicate training schedules, and ensure timely completion of programs.
• Conduct assessments, roleplays, quizzes, and certification programs to measure learning outcomes and ensure readiness for field deployment.
• Support development of sales playbooks, product notes, microlearning content, case studies, FAQs, and other learning resources.
