Job summary

Brinton Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is seeking a passionate Training Manager – Digital L&D to lead our digital learning initiatives across the organization.

The role blends instructional design, learning technology, analytics, and AI-powered productivity to create engaging experiences and foster a strong self-learning culture. You will manage our LXP/LMS, design role-based learning journeys, develop e-learning modules, publish paths, and build learning dashboards for business leaders.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Digital Learning / Learning Technology / Instructional Design / L&D.
• Hands-on experience managing an LXP/LMS platform.
• Strong expertise in Articulate Storyline and/or Articulate Rise.
• Experience creating role-based learning journeys, competency frameworks, and skill taxonomies.
• Good understanding of learning analytics and reporting.
• Proficiency with AI tools for learning content development and workflow automation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or sales-driven organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the organization’s LXP/LMS platform.
• Create, maintain, and assign Personas, Skills, Competencies, and Role-based Learning Journeys.
• Design and develop engaging e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline/Rise.
• Build structured learning journeys for different roles and career stages.
• Plan and execute learning campaigns to boost learner engagement and self-learning.
• Publish courses, assessments, certifications, and learning paths on the platform.
• Generate and publish learning dashboards and reports for business leaders.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, design, reporting and productivity.
• Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to translate needs into digital solutions.
• Continuously improve learner experience through data-driven insights and optimization.

We are looking for a passionate and tech-savvy Training Manager – Digital L&D to lead and scale our digital learning initiatives across the organization. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining instructional design, learning technology, analytics, and AI-powered productivity to create engaging learning experiences and drive a strong self-learning culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer the organization’s LXP/LMS platform
• Create, maintain, and assign Personas, Skills, Competencies, and Role-based Learning Journeys
• Design and develop engaging e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline/Rise
• Build structured employee learning journeys for different job roles and career stages
• Plan and execute learning campaigns to drive learner engagement and self-directed learning
• Publish courses, assessments, certifications, and learning paths on the platform
• Generate, analyze, and publish learning dashboards and reports for business leaders
• Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar) to accelerate content creation, instructional design, assessments, communication campaigns, reporting, and productivity
• Collaborate with business leaders and SMEs to identify learning needs and translate them into digital learning solutions
• Continuously improve learner experience through data-driven insights and platform optimization
