Job summary

Birla Estates is seeking a Talent Management professional to lead learning and development initiatives in Navi Mumbai. You will partner with the Head Talent Management to conduct Training Needs Analysis, design annual learning calendars, and co-create content aligned with business goals.

The role requires strong communication, planning, and stakeholder management, with a focus on end-to-end talent processes and LMS administration. MBA/HR or psychology background is preferred.
