Job summary

Eagle Eye SafDrive Private Limited seeks a Learning & Development professional to lead the organization’s training strategy and execution. You will drive TNA, design programs, collaborate with internal SMEs and external trainers, and oversee the training calendar and budgets.

You will measure program impact through feedback and metrics, fostering a culture of continuous learning, leadership growth, and enhanced workplace productivity across the Coimbatore region.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and applying ADDIE/competency mapping.
• Design and deliver corporate training across technical, soft skills, product, design and sales domains.
• Experience with LMS and digital learning platforms; familiarity with AI productivity tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, learning analytics, KPI reporting, and training effectiveness measurement.
• Coaching, performance development, talent grooming, and continuous learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with department heads to identify organizational skill gaps and learning requirements.
• Develop, plan, and manage the organization's Learning & Development (L&D) strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate and organize end-to-end training programs by collaborating with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), external trainers, and training partners.
• Manage the annual training calendar, training budgets, vendor relationships, and program logistics to ensure timely and effective execution.
• Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and implement continuous improvements to learning initiatives.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to foster a culture of continuous learning, employee development, leadership growth, and workplace productivity.

1. 1. Learning & Development (L&D) Strategy, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and Instructional Design (ADDIE, Competency Mapping).
2. 2. Corporate Training Program Design and Delivery, including Technical Training, Soft Skills, Product Training, Product Design, and Sales Training.
3. 3. Learning Management Systems (LMS), Digital Learning Platforms, AI Productivity Tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude), and e-Learning solutions.
4. 4. Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Learning Analytics, KPI Reporting, and Training Effectiveness Measurement.
