Job summary

Kalyani Technoforge (KTFL) in India is seeking a Training & Development professional to lead plant-wide training initiatives, induction for management and GET/DET staff, and budget planning aligned with identified needs.

The role involves maintaining skill matrices, ensuring QMS/IATF/EMS compliance, conducting technical tests, mentoring GET/DET employees, and coordinating with SME trainers and the corporate office.

• Conducting technical tests for GET/DET employees.
• Mentoring GET/DET employees for monthly performance evaluation.
• Release of monthly training calendar and budgeting tracking.
• Updation of skill matrix and competency mapping.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

Overall training and development activities in plant. Overall tech centre activities and impart 5 axis training to all employees. Induction process for management staff and GET/DET employees. Preparation of T & D budget as per training needs identification and send it to plant head Maintain overall training needs identification of all level employees of plant. Updation of skill matrix,job skill mapping and competency mapping documents as per its applicability. Compliance of training and development documents as per customer specific requirements. Handle customer audits. Overall E & T pillar activities in plant as per JIPM requirement. Compliance and record updation of QMS audits- IATF 16949,AS 9100 D,EMS OHSAS 14001-2015 Identification of internal trainers as per their capability. All GET/DET monthly performance evaluation, probation and confirmation and send same data to corporate office. Conducting technical test for GET/DET grade employees. Mentoring to GET/DET employees for their monthly performance evalaution.
