Job summary

The Hiring Club is seeking a Field Training Manager to ensure smooth operation of the Field Training Unit, oversee the MIS, and coordinate induction trainings for Cluster Managers and AVPs across Field Operations and Support Functions.

The role emphasizes developing the capabilities of Training Managers, improving CM/AVP performance, engaging stakeholders to identify training needs, and delivering certification programmes, e-learning and assessments at Hyderabad site.

• Targeted development of CMs and AVPs.
• Performance indicators training man-days knowledge & skill score coverage & penetraion of training activities training impact on business outcome training audit score.
• Stakeholder engagement to understand training needs.
• Execution of Certification Programme, E learning and Assessments.

Job description

Job Summary :

Ensure smooth operation of Field Training Unit through his/her Training Managers.

Induction trainings for Cluster Managers, AVPs of Field Operation and Support Function.

Maintenance of monthly training MIS and ensure the man days target of Field operation are met.

Developing the capabilities of the Training Managers

Development of poor performing CMs and AVPs

Developing the potential CMs and BMs for the next level

Stakeholder engagement to understand the training need and showcase the training effectiveness

Execution of Certification Programme, E learning and Assessments
